v1.0 release and happy new year!

loopy v1.0 is released on 12/31/2019! happy new year!

windows 10 users will likely get a security popup saying loopy may be unsafe, sorry about that! i don't use windows 10 and loopy is missing something called an installer so windows 10 gets nervous. you can click "more info..." then click "run anyway" which should prevent the popup in the future.

i'm also able to provide a version that includes an installer and the popup should never appear. please let me know if you would like an installable version!
